Why I Created EIDO Life: Energy Is the Foundation

I want to start with a confession: for years, I thought I was doing everything right.

I was eating “clean,” making time for Pilates, investing in good skincare, and even trying the endless stream of wellness hacks that flooded my social feeds. From juice cleanses to collagen powders, I’d give it a go. And yet, I still found myself completely drained.

I’d wake up tired, push myself through work on autopilot, and collapse into bed at night wondering why I couldn’t keep up despite living what looked like a “healthy” lifestyle. It wasn’t just physical exhaustion either. My patience was thin, my focus was scattered, and I felt like I was running on fumes.

The worst part? On paper, everything looked fine. My diet was “good.” My routine was structured. But deep down, I knew something was off.


The Missing Piece

It took years of frustration before I found the missing piece: mineral depletion.

I learned that stress, caffeine, alcohol, sugar, and even exercise quietly drain the minerals that keep our cells firing. Magnesium, potassium, and sodium are the silent heroes of energy production and nervous system regulation and most of us are chronically low.
